  • Biblioteka kurseva sa objavljenim podsadržajem VoS-a, rezultatima, drugim rešenjima i digitalnim alatima i HR modelima;
  • Skup funkcija koje omogućavaju slanje novijih, objavljenih članaka, radova korisnicima koji se registruju kao zainteresovani za određenu grupu vesti.

Application of the model of cylindrical reactor for self-purification by indigenous microorganisms
Pharmaceutically active compounds (PhACs), in particular, nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are in increasingly wider usage, and as such are more and more frequently part of the organic matter of recipient rivers, especially in their lower courses. To indicate their significance as pollutants, as well as the significant role that the presence of autochthonous microflora plays in solving this issue, we undertook to perform this experiment. The experiment, titled ?Application of the model...

Data-Driven Cluster Analysis of Oxidative Stress Indexes in relation to Vitamin D Level, Age, and Metabolic Control in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes on Metformin Therapy
Recent advances in vitamin D research indicate that patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are suffering from vitamin D deficiency and increased oxidative stress to a variable extent, which could produce different health impacts for each individual. The novel multivariate statistical method applied in the present study allows metabolic phenotyping of T2DM individuals based on vitamin D status, metabolic control, and oxidative stress status in order to identify effectively different subtypes...

Overview of methods of application of waste car tires in the production of asphalt mixtures and the possibility of application in Montenegro
The use of waste car tires in the production of asphalt mixtures has been used successfully for over 50 years around the world, starting with the USA, Australia, South Africa, many European countries, and progress in this area can be found in the region, especially Hungary. The aim of this paper is to get familiar with the methods of application of waste car tires in the production of asphalt mixtures that are used in the world, introduction to the basic terms, equipment and machinery necessary...

Upper extremity sensory training after stroke
Introduction. Stroke is one of the leading causes for disability worldwide. After stroke, the majority of stroke survivors experience significant arm-hand impairments and a decreased use of the paretic arm and hand in daily life. Tactile sensibility of the hand is essential for identifying objects and for motor performance. Despite important sensory contributions to normal and abnormal movement, research has predominantly focused on motor aspects of stroke recovery. In this paper, we present the...

Serum soluble transferrin receptor levels are independently associated with homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance in adolescent girls
IntroductionMarkers of iron homeostasis are related to insulin resistance (IR) in adults. However, studies in children and adolescents are scarce and show contradictory results. The aim was to evaluate the potential relationship between iron status markers and IR. Additionally, no previous study has explored the mutual effect of biomarkers of iron homeostasis and inflammation (i.e. high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP)), and adipokines (i.e. retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4)) on IR in the cohort...

Oxidative Stress and Cardiometabolic Biomarkers in Patients with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Abstract Objective: Oxidative stress is assumed to be the underlying feature of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). To our knowledge, the mutual involvement of redox status homeostasis parameters [i.e., advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP), pro-oxidant-antioxidant balance (PAB), total oxidant status (TOS), total antioxidant status (TAS) and oxidative-stress index (OSI)] and cardiometabolic biomarkers in subjects with NAFLD has not been examined yet. Accordingly, we aimed to...
