The EmpowerHR4Inno project is designed to address the priorities and support of a European initiative that emphasizes a new model of economic development at the national or regional level based on targeted support for research and innovation activities.

The overall goal of the project is to increase awareness of the importance of the absorption capacity of companies in the process of implementing innovation and new technology, to implement efficient digital tools for data processing and connecting among academic and research areas and their innovative solution and companies supported by open science principles; and test innovative solutions for the reinforcement of the absorption capacity applicable human resource, by applying the (HRM) model and tools in selected Montenegrin companies.

The main goal is to develop an efficient model and tools for human resource management encouraged with digital tools for strengthening the absorption capacities of companies for innovation, new technologies and knowledge.

EmpowerHR4Inno project aims to set up a strong ecosystem, companies – academic – young researchers – and experts from companies having multidisciplinary approach, that aims at bringing the relevant parties together, especially:

• National and international HRM and innovation experts, including scientific and experts in diaspora
• Companies from food production, tourism and IT, S3 priorities area;
• Business association;
• Ministries, other authorities and organizations;
