Sandra Tinaj, doctor of economics and general manager of the University of Donja Gorica. She is engaged as a lecturer in the course "Human Resources" at the Faculty of Culture and Tourism. She has over 10 years of international and domestic work experience.

She was involved in the realization of more than 30 international and domestic scientific projects, such as: Erasmus and Tempus projects: SMART Innovation Centres for the Development of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Thinking to Facilitate the Development of Sustainable Smart Solutions in the Western Balkans, Digital Entrepreneurial Nest and Industry 4.0 in Montenegro (DigN€st), Fostering students’ entrepreneurship and open innovation in university – industry collaboration (iDEALab), etc; Digital Europe : National Competence Centres in the framework of EuroHPC – EuroCC2 . Horizon 2020: Smart Tags driven service platform for enabling ecosystems of connected objects, Laboratory for product design, including disciplines like graphic, interior and fashion design (PRODE), High-Level Innovation for a Value-Driven Exploitation of a Joint S3 in The Adriatic Area (HIVES), Collaborative platform to support research and technology transfer (NEXT) etc.. National report on the Development topic according to human needs (human resurces), the editor, UNDP, 2013. She is the co-author of the National Innovation Capacity of Montenegro”, national monography, University of Donja Gorica, Faculty for International Economics, Finance and Business, ISBN 978-9940-597-01-6.

Scientific advisor and full professor, received his doctorate at the University of Belgrade / Faculty of Organizational Sciences on the topic: Synthesis of multi-criteria methodology for evaluating the achieved technological level of the national economy sector. He participated in the implementation of 46 scientific research projects, of which 14 were international, published a total of 215 papers, of which 9 in international journals, 3 monographs of international importance, 9 monographs of national importance, 12 chapters in monographs of international importance, 21 chapters in monographs of national importance, 26 papers in national journals, 42 papers in proceedings of international conferences and 93 papers in proceedings of national conferences. He published 9 papers in the abstract. He also implemented one software package, one technical solution - a database and one patent.

doc. dr Božidar Vlačić
Postgraduate studies at the University of Montenegro majoring in international business, and his doctoral studies at the University of Vigo in Spain, earning the title of Doctor of Economic Analysis and Business Strategy. During his studies, he was awarded various scholarships (UGRAD Global, Erasmus Mundus Sigma project, Erasmus Mundus Green Tech project) and awards (TORRECID award for the best doctoral proposal). During 2018, he was a part-time researcher in the ECOBAS strategic group at the University of Vigo and a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Center for Management and Economics-CEGE (Catolica Porto Business School, Portugal). Since 2019, he has been working as an assistant professor at the Catolica Business School Porto, Universidade Catolica Portuguesa (Portugal). He is an active member of the European International Business Academy and his research interests lie at the intersection of cognitive psychology, the process of internationalization and marketing.

Young researcher and associate at the University of Donja Gorica, a PhD student at the Faculty of International Economics, Finance and Business, UDG, and since December 2020 she is the recipient of a prestigious scholarship for doctoral research from the Ministry of Science and Technological Development in the field of technology transfer research and innovation. During her postgraduate studies, she trained at Beijing Union University in Beijing, China, as well as BUCKS University in London, Great Britain. She collaborated on over 20 projects and researches in the field of technology transfer and connecting the academic and business sectors. Participated together with the author prof. dr Djuro Kutlaca in the preparation of the Technology Transfer Guide published by University of Donja Gorica and with authors Prof. dr Djuro Kutlaca and Sandra Tinaj, PhD, in the preparation of the European research report of the international study "The State of University-Business Cooperation (UBC) in Europe" in which UDG participated, initiated by the European Commission.

Young researcher and associate at the University of Donja Gorica, a PhD student at the Faculty of International Economics, Finance and Business, UDG. Student of master’s double degree program of University of Donja Gorica and Instituto Politehnico de Braganca (Portugal). Actively conducting research in accounting, microeconomics, and creating a socially acceptable company model. She assisted in the planning of various scientific conferences and forums as part of her internship training. She has worked as an assistant in the Accounting, International marketing and Economy of family business I course at many faculty units after finishing her master's degree.

mr Lidija Lukovac
MSc in English Language, young researcher at the University of Donja Gorica. She received her master's degree in 2022 with a grade of 10 under the mentorship of prof. dr. Slobodanka Kitic. She was a scholarship holder awarded by both University of Donja Gorica and municipality of Danilovgrad and Podgorica for the whole duration of her undergraduate and master studies. She has been employed at the University of Donja Gorica since 2020, where through numerous training courses in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, etc. had the opportunity to work and collaborate on over 10 projects and participate in connecting the academic and business sectors. She is a certified TESOL teacher with a degree issued by Arizona State University. She worked at the Center for Foreign Languages and at the Faculty of Philology as an assistant in English language teaching, as well as at the Faculty of Culture and Tourism on the subject Human Resources.
