A digital platform is aimed at making specific innovations and technological solutions, produced by the academic and research community, more accessible to private companies. It is a service for automatically downloading, synchronizing, sorting and displaying information from large scientific platforms such as Academia.edu, Google Scholar, or Researchers Gate to the platform EmpowerHR4Inno. Platform initially focus on priority sectors, food, health tourism, horizontal IT priority and nationally produced solutions with a tendency for further development. The following information can be found:
  • Course library with sub-content WoS published, results, other solutions, and digital tools and HR models;
  • Set of features that allow sending newsletters to users who sign up as interested in a particular group of news feeds.

Pollen morphology and flower visitors of Leiotulus aureus (Sm.) Pimenov & Ostr. (Apiaceae)
The pollen grains of Leiotulus aureus (syn. Malabaila aurea (Sm.) Boiss.) were examined by light and scanning electron microscopy in order to contribute to the taxonomical and melissopalynological studies of the species. Flower visitors have also been observed and analyzed aiming at clarifying some pollination aspects including the species contribution to the bee pasture. The pollen grains of L. aureus are isopolar, radially symmetrical, medium to large in size, tricolporate and perprolate. They...

National Competitiveness and Foreign Direct Investment in Emerging Europe
Abstract The paper evaluates the relationship between the indicators of competitiveness of national economies (real unit labour costs and Global Competitiveness Index) and the flow of FDI in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) over the last two decades. Our results show that from 2000 to 2020, CEE economies had an average annual inflow of FDI of 3.9% of GDP, with significant variation across the region. We have found out that the relationship between the net inflow of FDI and the real...

On the Use of Gini Coefficient for Measuring Time-Frequency Distribution Concentration and Parameters Selection
The energy concentration in the time-frequency analysis has been used as an important feature in many signal processing tasks such as detection, reconstruction, feature extraction, and classification, especially in applications with nonstationary signals. Consequently, when considering the energy concentration as a feature, it is of great importance to provide the time-frequency representation that provides the highest possible concentration for a certain signal type. Measuring time-frequency distribution...
