A digital platform is aimed at making specific innovations and technological solutions, produced by the academic and research community, more accessible to private companies. It is a service for automatically downloading, synchronizing, sorting and displaying information from large scientific platforms such as Academia.edu, Google Scholar, or Researchers Gate to the platform EmpowerHR4Inno. Platform initially focus on priority sectors, food, health tourism, horizontal IT priority and nationally produced solutions with a tendency for further development. The following information can be found:
  • Course library with sub-content WoS published, results, other solutions, and digital tools and HR models;
  • Set of features that allow sending newsletters to users who sign up as interested in a particular group of news feeds.

Inflammation-Related microRNAs-146a and -155 Are Upregulated in Mild Cognitive Impairment Subjects Among Older Age Population in Montenegro
Background: Pathological and clinical features of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) are in temporal discrepancy and currently accepted clinical tests provide the diagnosis decades after the initial pathophysiological events. In order to enable a more timely detection of AD, research efforts are directed to identification of biomarkers of the early symptomatic stage. Neuroinflammatory signaling pathways and inflammation-related microRNAs (miRNAs) could possibly have a crucial role in AD, making them promising...

ECONOMIC GROWTH DETERMINANTS IN NEW AND OLD EU COUNTRIES WITH FOCUS ON CONSTRUCTION
Classical, neoclassical, institutional and other schools have debated what is crucial for economic growth. Literature review related to economic growth models is extensive. The objective of our paper is to construct a model of economic growth determinants in EU countries, with focus on construction. Our model includes determinants that reflect the impact of construction on economic growth, which is the contribution to existing literature. It has been created for three groups of countries: EU28,...

Settlement patterns of molluscs, with particular reference on Great Mediterranean scallop (Pecten jacobaeus, Linnaeus) and biofouling organisms on different type of collectors and locations in Boka Kotorska Bay
The settlement of molluscs’ larvae of and other biofouling organisms on experimental collectors was studied, with particular reference Great Mediterranean scallop, Pecten jacobaeus. Three types of experimental collector made from vegetable sacks, modelled based on the collectors used in Japan, were placed in four existing fish and shellfish farms located in the Boka Kotorska Bay. The experimental collectors were placed in the periods June–October and June–December 2017 and the period August 2017–February...

Simulation of disequilibrium and chaos in aggregates of disposable income, wealth, and consumption in EU macroeconomics using nonlinear dynamic analysis
Economic disequilibrium theory (DT) more realistically represents modern macroeconomic systems than general equilibrium theory. DT coupled with applied mathematical economics and nonlinear dynamical analysis generates multi-dimensional phase spaces. Interdependencies of endogenous variables in state space create a flow of different and “parallel economic realities,” which depend on the initial conditions. By modeling variable changes using the nonlinear least squares (NLLS) method, we define the...
