A digital platform is aimed at making specific innovations and technological solutions, produced by the academic and research community, more accessible to private companies. It is a service for automatically downloading, synchronizing, sorting and displaying information from large scientific platforms such as Academia.edu, Google Scholar, or Researchers Gate to the platform EmpowerHR4Inno. Platform initially focus on priority sectors, food, health tourism, horizontal IT priority and nationally produced solutions with a tendency for further development. The following information can be found:
  • Course library with sub-content WoS published, results, other solutions, and digital tools and HR models;
  • Set of features that allow sending newsletters to users who sign up as interested in a particular group of news feeds.

The Impact of Cardiorespiratory and Metabolic Parameters on Match Running Performance (MRP) in National-Level Football Players: A Multiple Regression Analysis
The aim of the study was to examine the association between cardiorespiratory and metabolic parameters and match running performance (MRP) in highly trained football players. The sample of participants consisted of 41 national-level football players (aged 23.20 ± 3.40 years, body height 182.00 ± 5.15 cm, and body mass 76.86 ± 6.06 kg) from the Serbian Super league. For the purposes of this research, the following measurements were applied. A maximal multistage progressive treadmill test, with a...

QAnon and the Epistemic Communities of the Unreal: A Conceptual Toolkit for a Sociology of Grassroots Conspiracism
The messy politics of combating the COVID-19 pandemic, compounded by the confusion caused by the global (dis)infodemic, have propelled conspiracism from the fringes of society into the public mainstream. Despite the growing political impact of digitally enabled conspiracy theories, they are predominantly delegitimized on three fronts – as psychopathology, pseudoscience, and/or parapolitics. In contrast, this article employs three non-pathologizing conceptual counteroffers borrowed from critical...

Development of the City of Nikšić through the Planning Documentation of Croatian Architects
The task of this work is to present three key urban plans, courtesy of which the city of Nikšić developed during its modern history. After liberation from the Ottoman Empire in 1877, Nikšić received its first regulatory plan, prepared by the architect Josip Slade Šilović (1828-1911) in 1883. The city developed according to this plan until the Second World War. After the Second World War, Montenegro became part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia as a republic, and Nikšić became the city...

Embracing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Architectural Education: A Step towards Sustainable Practice?
This study explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the behavior and knowledge of final-year architectural students in Serbia and Montenegro. It aims to describe how students approach sustainability in architecture and their use of AI tools within this context. The primary objective is to analyze how AI affects students’ understanding of sustainable architecture indicators and how sustainability challenges and concerns influence AI applications. Using a comparative analysis approach...

A bivariate distribution with generalized exponential conditionals
Abstract In this work, we construct a new bivariate statistical distribution by the conditionally specified model approach. The conditional distributions follow the well-known generalized exponential distribution which includes the ordinary exponential distribution and is more flexible than gamma and Weibull in some ways. The newly defined distribution has four parameters that increase the flexibility of the model in data fitting. By equating the dependence parameter to zero, the...

Phase holonomy underlies puzzling temporal patterns in Kuramoto models with two sub-populations
We present a geometric investigation of curious dynamical behaviors previously reported in Kuramoto models with two sub-populations. Our study demonstrates that chimeras and traveling waves in such models are associated with the birth of geometric phase. Although manifestations of geometric phase are frequent in various fields of physics, this is the first time (to our best knowledge) that such a phenomenon is exposed in ensembles of Kuramoto oscillators or, more broadly, in complex systems.

Möbius group actions in the solvable chimera model
We study actions of Möbius group on two sub-populations in the solvable chimera model proposed by Abrams et al. Dynamics of global variables are given by two coupled Watanabe–Strogatz systems, one for each sub-population. At the first glance, asymptotic dynamics in the model seem to be very simple. For instance, in the stable chimera state distributions of oscillators perform a simple rotation after a certain (sufficiently large) moment. However, a closer look unveils that dynamics are subtler...
