A Guide to Agile Action - Agile Management as a Human Resource Management Model

The EmpowerHr4Inno team, led by project coordinator Dr. Sandra Tinaj in collaboration with field experts, MSc Martina Ivanović and Miloš Radenović from NLB Bank, successfully implemented the HRM model and prepared a Guide to Agile Action.

The guide was created as a result of activity 4.1. of the EmpowerHR4Inno project, which includes a pilot and case study on applying the HRM model in the business sector. It is closely aligned with one of the project's goals: empowering human resources and fostering collaboration among institutions, industry, and academia.

The implementation of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban represents a significant step toward modernizing business processes. These methodologies enable organizations to adapt more effectively to changes, improve efficiency, and enhance user satisfaction. The key to success lies in understanding when to use each approach, educating teams, and fostering continuous improvement.

The guide aims to promote broader application within Montenegro's business community, offering a straightforward explanation of agile management methodologies and their principles.
