Abstract of the scientific paper by the EmpowerHR4Inno team published!
Researchers from the EmpowerHR4Inno team have prepared a research abstract on the topic 'Global Strategies for Innovativeness: Enhancing Absorptive Capacity through Human Resource Practices,' which has been published in the Book of Abstracts of the FEB Zagreb 15th International Odyssey Conference on Economics and Business.

This paper is an integral part of the EmpowerHR4Inno project and pertains to the research, analysis, and review of contemporary literature in the fields of human resources, innovative technologies, and absorptive capacity. The aim of the paper is to analyze the current state, models, and tools applied in human resource management that contribute to the development of companies' absorptive capacity, innovation, and new technologies within the project's research activities. The paper is successfully being finalized by the project team members – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sandra Tinaj, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Božidar Vlačić, MSc Bojana Mališić, MSc Lidija Lukovac, and MSc Jovana Popović.

This research provides a foundation for future empirical research and studies on trends and innovative models for improving human resources in Montenegro.
