At the Research Day event held annually on April 4th at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG), the EmpowerHr4Inno project was introduced.

For the twelfth consecutive year, the University of Donja Gorica (UDG), in collaboration with MONSTAT (the Statistical Office of Montenegro) and DAMAR agency (a private public opinion research agency), has been organizing Research Day, traditionally held on April 4th at UDG.

Research Day at UDG brings together a significant number of scientific research institutions and researchers from Montenegro. It provides an opportunity for the broader public and students of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies to familiarize themselves with research conducted in Montenegro. Additionally, it offers a platform for presenting project activities and research papers.

A member of the EmpowerHR4Inno project team had the opportunity to present implemented research activities, opportunities, and prospects within the EmpowerHR4Inno project. In addition to introducing the project's goals and activities, special emphasis was placed on the digital platform for enhancing companies' capacities for innovation, technology, and knowledge.

The digital platform was introduced to students and the broader scientific and academic community as a starting point for future research, preparation, and as a platform aimed at making specific innovations and technological solutions produced by the academic and research community accessible to students, researchers, and companies.

Finally, the EmpowerHR4Inno team invited the wider public to participate in project activities and contribute to its overall implementation.
