Awards for a Young Researcher from UDG!
The largest European competition and festival of youth entrepreneurship, Gen-E 2024, concluded at the end of last week in Sicily with an award ceremony, where the delegation from Montenegro achieved remarkable results, including winning prestigious European nominations, as well as the Alumni Leadership Award and the Women Leadership Award for Andrea Milacic, a young researcher from the University of Donja Gorica.

UDG continues to support young women researchers and young entrepreneurs who have represented Montenegro in the best possible way on the European stage by receiving two prestigious European awards:

  • The Alumni Leadership Award (supported by Nestlé), which is awarded to individuals among alumni who demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities and honors the personal strength of the individual within a successful team;
  • The EY GEN-E Young Women Leaders Award, which recognizes three young women in Europe who have demonstrated exceptional inclusive leadership attributes and entrepreneurial skills during the JA Europe Start Up program.

In this way, UDG confirms its commitment to the development of entrepreneurship and innovation among young women!
