New partnership for new innovative solution HR model AI-PsyTech: EmpowerHR4Inno team and Recrewty doo

EmpowerHR4Inno team at Faculty for International Economics, Finance and Business and Recrewty DOO started collaboration and submitted project proposal under programme of Fund for Innovation in the field of AI-PsyTech: Transforming Hiring and Business Culture.

The joint project is a pioneering initiative at the intersection of Behavioral Science, Machine Learning, and Human Resource (HR) processes. Leveraging a unique collaboration between in-house machine learning experts, HR specialists, and academic researchers. Within this collaboration EmpowerHR4Inno team and Recrewty DOO seeks to develop innovative HR model - advanced AI-driven models that optimize hiring, employee growth, and cultural alignment within organizations. This innovative model model will deliver innovative machine learning tools that analyze not only the skills and competencies of candidates but also their personality traits and cultural fit. By doing so, it addresses long-standing challenges in HR such as bias, inefficiency, and mismatches in corporate culture, ensuring more accurate, efficient, and inclusive talent selection and retention strategies.

"PsyTech for HR" bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI advancements and behavioral science, creating a human-centered yet technologically sophisticated approach to recruitment and HR optimization. This endeavor will push the boundaries of both machine learning and HR technology, establishing new standards for data-driven insights in the hiring process, especially in multilingual and culturally diverse environments.

Key outcomes of this collaboration aims to fill gap by building on the success of a pilot study conducted in collaboration with Recrewty, a Montenegrin HR tech company, and leading academic institution Faculty of International Economics, Finance and Business, UDG And EmpowerHR4Inno team.

Activity is directly connected with task 4.1. T4.1: HRM modelling and piloting in companies selected from the priority sectors envisaged by the Smart Specialization Strategy.
