Once again, the representative of the EmpowerHR4Inno project team, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sandra Tinaj, presented the Digital Platform to master’s students
Last week, the project coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sandra Tinaj, had the opportunity to present the EmpowerHR4Inno project product, the Digital Platform, to newly enrolled master’s students.

During her presentation, she highlighted the importance and significance of the platform for their future professional and academic development. The platform provides easier, better, and more accessible access to all research papers, master’s theses, and academic resources.

This platform aims to bridge innovations and technological solutions developed within the academic and research community with private companies. As a unique digital tool, it enables the automatic retrieval, synchronization, sorting, and display of information from major scientific platforms such as Academia.edu, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate directly on the EmpowerHR4Inno platform.

Initially, the platform focuses on priority sectors, including the food industry, health tourism, horizontal IT priorities, and nationally developed solutions, with plans for further expansion. It offers the following features:

  • A course library with published VoS content, results, other solutions, digital tools, and HR models.
  • A set of functions enabling the delivery of recent articles and papers to users registered as interested in specific news groups.

The Digital Platform was presented to students as a tool they can use for preparing research projects, various initiatives, and developing innovations across different fields.
