A paper written within the framework of the project: Reinforce and connect absorption capacity in companies for new research and innovation solution, through the process of empowerment of the human resource management models and tools based on identified gap - EmpowerHR4Inno was presented at the international MEDICON conference in Sarajevo.
The paper titled: “Assessing the Baseline Impact of Agile Human Resource Management in the Healthcare Systems of Western Balkan Countries” - was presented by members of the EmpowerHR4Inno project team at this year's International Conference on Medical and Biological Engineering - MEDICON 2023, which gathered more than 300 experts from 40 countries of the world. The conference was held from September 14 to 16 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which for the first time hosted this prestigious event, which is traditionally held every 3 years in the Mediterranean countries.
Members of our team had the opportunity to attend various sessions, participate in panels and discussions, and present their scientific works and results, which will be published in IFMBE Springer Proceedings by SpringerNature.
