Study visit of a foreign HR professor on UDG

Within the Erasmus + program International Credit Mobility, an associate professor of Human Resources at University of Valladolid (UV), prof. Ana De Diego Lagüera participated in an exchange program at the University of Donja Gorica UDG in Montenegro from 17th to 21th April 2023.

A five-day international program included presentations, networking, and tours of campuses and cities. During her visit, with the goal of development of human resources and research capacities, improving international cooperation and networking, a professor De Diego Lagüera has opportunity to meet withEmpowerHR4Inno team and get more information about project and possible cooperation, especially in the field of Cross Cultural Management: Managing diversity with Team Coaching.
