The digital platform of the EmpowerHR4Inno project serves as a solution for students and young researchers

Students from the Faculty of Culture and Tourism, specializing in International Hospitality and Management, utilize this platform for their educational activities in Human Resources Management.

Within the Human Resource Management course, students of the VATEL study program had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the EmpowerHR4Inno project and make use of the provided opportunities on the digital platform. Through a research-oriented approach, students easily accessed scientific papers in the field of human resources using the enabled search engine.

This example demonstrates that the EmpowerHR4Inno project adopts a multidisciplinary approach, striving to connect academic, business, and research communities.
