Assoc. Prof. Sandra Tinaj, the manager of the EmpowerHR4Inno project and a member of the Inter-institutional S3 group, attended the first meeting held on July 17, 2024, at the premises of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation of Montenegro.

The meeting of the Inter-institutional S3 group was organized to present upcoming activities in the process of developing the new smart specialization strategy. Semi-annual reports on the work of innovation working groups for four priority S3 areas, as well as the recently adopted Scientific Research Activity Strategy, were also presented at the session.

It was once again concluded that the Inter-institutional S3 group is recognized as an extremely important and indispensable segment of the framework for the implementation of innovation and smart specialization in Montenegro, and therefore, the inclusion of this structure in the new S3 strategic cycle is extremely valuable.
