The project coordinator at the Faculty of International Economics, Finance, and Business has issued a call for participation in the EmpowerHR4Inno project

Media in Montenegro published information about the implementation of the EmpowerHr4Inno project the previous day. The Faculty of International Economics, Finance, and Business, UDG project coordinator, has invited experts and the interested public to participate in the project, considering that it involves testing innovative methods to enhance companies' ability to utilize their human resources through the application of models and tools for human resource management (HRM) in companies in Montenegro.

Additionally, the EmpowerHR4Inno project team has invited all interested companies to participate in research on achieved results in the field of innovative activities from 2020 to 2023.

The research is based on empirical data collected through a questionnaire, which will serve as the basis for analyzing current management results and the implementation of innovative activities in companies in Montenegro, enabling qualitative and quantitative research into the development of absorptive capacity and innovation creation issues.
