The research team of the EmpowerHR4Inno project is preparing its first scientific paper

The research team from the Faculty of International Economics, Finance, and Business, along with partner institution Universidade Catolica Portuguesa from Portugal, are successfully preparing their first scientific paper titled "Enhancing Innovativeness and Absorptive Capacity through Human Resources Practices: A Cross-Disciplinary Review and Research Agenda."

The paper represents research, analysis, and review of contemporary literature in the fields of human resources, innovative technologies, and absorptive capacity. The aim of the paper is to conduct an analysis of the current state, models, and tools applied in human resource management that contribute to the development of companies' absorptive capacity, innovation, and new technologies within the research activities of the project.
