A digital platform is aimed at making specific innovations and technological solutions, produced by the academic and research community, more accessible to private companies. It is a service for automatically downloading, synchronizing, sorting and displaying information from large scientific platforms such as Academia.edu, Google Scholar, or Researchers Gate to the platform EmpowerHR4Inno. Platform initially focus on priority sectors, food, health tourism, horizontal IT priority and nationally produced solutions with a tendency for further development. The following information can be found:
  • Course library with sub-content WoS published, results, other solutions, and digital tools and HR models;
  • Set of features that allow sending newsletters to users who sign up as interested in a particular group of news feeds.

Emergency conversion of sports halls into temporary hospitals caused by COVID-19 pandemic: Case studies of thermal comfort and energy consumption analysis
An emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic affected the rethinking of existing healthcare systems. The increased need for hospital beds appeared short after the outbreak of the pandemic and the solution was to adapt the existing buildings, primarily public ones. Among all, sports buildings, i.e. sports halls were successfully used around the globe for conversion into hospitals. Topic of the paper was to investigate whether sports halls in Serbia, which were also used as temporary hospitals, are...

Antimicrobial veterinary drug sale pattern in correlation with critically important antimicrobials for human use: A five-year study in Montenegro
AbstractAntimicrobial resistance (AMR) poses a significant threat in veterinary medicine due to the excessive and inappropriate use of antimicrobial agents, compromising the effectiveness of these drugs. To combat AMR, the collection of data on the consumption of antibiotics is paramount, as there is a well-established connection between antibiotic use and AMR in both humans and food-producing animals. Hence, the current study aimed to generate measurable data concerning the sales patterns of antimicrobial...

Decomposition and Uncoupling of Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Gyroscopic Conservative Systems
Abstract This paper explores the decomposition of linear, multi-degree-of-freedom, conservative gyroscopic dynamical systems into uncoupled subsystems through the use of real congruences. Two conditions, both of which are necessary and sufficient, are provided for the existence of a real linear coordinate transformation that uncouples the dynamical system into independent canonical subsystems, each subsystem having no more than two-degrees-of-freedom. New insights and conceptual simplifications...

A Platform of Critical Barriers to Socially Sustainable Residential Buildings: Experts’ Perspective
The concept of sustainable cities and communities is endorsed as one of the seventeen goals of sustainable development. Since buildings represent an essential element of the city, they play a primary role in achieving the social, economic, and environmental sustainability of cities. Previous studies have pointed to the lack of emphasis on the social aspect of buildings. Aiming to fill the gap, this research is focused on identifying barriers that hinder the adoption of social sustainability (SS)...

Spatial and temporal variations of aridity indices in Montenegro
Abstract In this article, we examine the spatial pattern and trend in aridity in Montenegro from 1961 until 2020. We use temperature and precipitation observational records from 18 weather stations to calculate three aridity (climate) indices: the De Martonne aridity index (IDM), the Lang’s rain factor (RF), and the Pinna combinative index (IP). On an annual scale, all of these three indices show humid to extreme humid atmospheric conditions in Montenegro. At the seasonal and monthly level,...

Cognitive-motivation strategies of learning regulation on the example of the fantasy novel Pinocchio
The goal of the research is to look at the developmental path of Collodi’s hero Pinocchio, from egocentric to self-responsible in setting goals, monitoring, regulating and controlling his own behaviour, learning and motivation through the prism of the SRL model (Pintrich, 2004). By applying the qualitative methodology, we have tried to examine whether and in what way the teaching practice of SRL encourages students. The research corpus from which we sample units for qualitative thematic analysis...

Uncoupling of Linear Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Damped Gyroscopic Potential Systems
Abstract This paper deals with the uncoupling of linear damped multi-degree-of-freedom gyroscopic potential systems in which the damping is taken to have a specifically chosen form. Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained that guarantee the uncoupling of such damped systems into independent subsystems with at most two degrees-of-freedom. Along with several other results, it is shown that when the potential (stiffness) matrix of the damped system has distinct eigenvalues—a...
